直前カメラの情報取り扱いについて説明します。

本プライバシーポリシーは、直前カメラにおける情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。

1. 取得する情報

直前カメラは、次の情報を取得または保存する場合があります。

• クラッシュ情報、診断情報、利用状況などの技術情報

• ユーザーが保存した動画ファイル、そのメタデータ、サムネイル
• 位置情報の利用を許可した場合の位置情報または住所情報
• iCloud 同期を有効にした場合の同期対象データ

2. 取得しないことを意図している情報

直前カメラは、次の情報を恒常的に外部送信する設計を意図していません。

• 氏名、住所、電話番号など、個人を直接特定できる登録情報
• ユーザーが明示的に共有しない限り、録画した動画ファイル本体

3. 利用目的

取得または保存した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

• アプリの安定運用、障害調査、品質改善
• 保存済み動画の表示、再生、管理、端末内保持
• 広告表示、広告同意管理、不正利用防止
• 位置情報付き記録の保存
• iCloud 同期を有効にした場合のユーザーデータ同期

4. 動画データの取り扱い

保存した動画は、原則としてユーザーの端末内に保持されます。ユーザーが iCloud 同期を有効にした場合は、Apple の iCloud を通じて同一 Apple ID の端末間で同期されることがあります。ユーザーが共有操作を行わない限り、動画ファイル本体を第三者へ自動送信することは意図していません。

5. 写真ライブラリと位置情報

ユーザーが写真アプリへの保存を実行した場合、動画は写真ライブラリへ保存されます。位置情報の利用を許可している場合、保存動画に位置情報が含まれることがあります。

6. 第三者サービス

直前カメラは、Firebase、Google Mobile Ads、Apple の iCloud / App Store / Photo Library などの第三者サービスまたは基盤を利用する場合があります。これらのサービスにおける情報の取り扱いは、各提供者の規約・ポリシーに従います。

7. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、提供者が取得した情報を第三者へ販売することはありません。ただし、前項の第三者サービスを通じて、機能提供に必要な範囲で情報が処理される場合があります。

8. 安全管理

提供者は、取り扱う情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損、不正アクセスの防止に合理的な対策を講じます。ただし、技術上・運用上のリスクを完全に排除することはできません。

9. 改定

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、配布ページまたは公開ページで告知します。

Chokuzen Camera is not intended to continuously transmit:

• Your recorded video files unless you explicitly choose to share them

Collected or stored information is used for:

• Displaying, playing back, managing, and retaining saved videos

4. Video Data

Saved videos are generally kept on the user's device. If you enable iCloud sync, synchronized data may be stored and transferred through Apple's iCloud for use across devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Video files are not intended to be automatically sent to third parties unless you explicitly use sharing features.

5. Photo Library and Location

If you choose to save a recording to the Photos app, the video will be written to your photo library. If location access is enabled, saved videos may include location metadata.

6. Third-Party Services

Chokuzen Camera may rely on third-party services or platform infrastructure including Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, and Apple services such as iCloud, the App Store, and the Photo Library. Handling of information by those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Third-Party Sharing

Except where required by law, the provider does not sell collected information to third parties. However, information may be processed through the third-party services described above to the extent necessary to provide app features.

8. Security

Reasonable safeguards are applied to protect handled information against leakage, loss, damage, or unauthorized access. However, no technical or operational environment can guarantee absolute security.
