Chokuzen Camera Terms of Use

この利用規約は、直前カメラの利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは直前カメラを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 適用範囲

本規約は、直前カメラに関連してユーザーと提供者との間に生じる一切の関係に適用されます。

2. 利用条件

ユーザーは、法令および公序良俗に反しない範囲で直前カメラを利用してください。第三者の権利侵害、不正アクセス、過度な負荷を与える行為、その他提供者が不適切と判断する行為を禁止します。

3. 録画データと共有

録画データは原則としてユーザーの端末内に保存されます。iCloud 同期を有効にした場合、データは Apple の iCloud を通じて同期されることがあります。共有先への送信は、ユーザーが明示的に共有操作を行った場合に限られます。

4. 写真ライブラリ保存

ユーザーが写真アプリへの保存を行う場合、動画は Apple の写真ライブラリへ書き込まれます。位置情報が付与される場合があります。

5. 広告・解析

直前カメラは、広告表示、同意管理、品質改善のために第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。詳細はプライバシーポリシーを参照してください。

6. 仕様変更・提供停止

提供者は、保守、改善、法令対応、事業上の都合その他の理由により、直前カメラの全部または一部の内容を変更し、または提供を停止することがあります。

7. 免責

提供者は、直前カメラの完全性、有用性、特定目的への適合性、継続提供を保証しません。ユーザーの端末状態、OS 制約、外部サービス障害、ネットワーク障害、iCloud や写真ライブラリの不具合などに起因する損害について、提供者は法令上認められる範囲でのみ責任を負います。

8. 知的財産

直前カメラおよび関連する表示、プログラム、文書等に関する知的財産権は、提供者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

9. 規約の変更

提供者は必要に応じて本規約を改定できるものとし、改定後の規約は公開ページまたは配布ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

10. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約または直前カメラに関して紛争が生じた場合、法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、提供者所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Use govern your use of Chokuzen Camera. By using Chokuzen Camera, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all relationships between you and the provider in connection with Chokuzen Camera.

2. Acceptable Use

You must use Chokuzen Camera in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in conduct that infringes third-party rights, attempts unauthorized access, places unreasonable load on services, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the provider.

3. Recordings and Sharing

Recordings are stored on your device by default. If you enable iCloud sync, data may be synchronized through Apple's iCloud. Transmission to external sharing destinations occurs only when you explicitly use sharing features.

4. Saving to Photos

If you choose to save recordings to the Photos app, videos are written to Apple's photo library. Location metadata may be attached where applicable.

5. Advertising and Analytics

Chokuzen Camera may use third-party services for advertising, consent management, and quality improvement. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Changes and Suspension

The provider may modify features, update specifications, or suspend all or part of Chokuzen Camera for maintenance, improvements, legal compliance, business reasons, or other operational needs.

7. Disclaimer

The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is liable only within the limits required by applicable law for losses arising from device conditions, OS restrictions, failures of external services, network issues, or iCloud / photo library malfunctions.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Chokuzen Camera, including its software, displays, and documentation, belong to the provider or lawful rights holders.

9. Amendments

These Terms may be revised when necessary. Revised Terms become effective when posted on the public page or distribution page.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or Chokuzen Camera shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the provider's principal place of business as the court of first instance.
